Breakfast and then everyone out in the fields for the harvest. We start the morning by participating in the Abraxas winery’s grape harvest in the vineyards adjacent to the Bukkuram estate, where we will pick zibibbo grapes with the help of Paolo, the winery’s representative, who will explain the cultivation and production techniques for Pantelleria wine and passito. Once the grapes have been picked, we will go to the Kuddia Randazzo winery (4) on the slopes of Montagna Grande. Here we will follow the production process of the Pantelleria wines and passito of Tenute Scuderi. Here, surrounded by nature and tradition, you will enjoy a rustic lunch in the cellar.
In the afternoon, return to the estate and free dinner.
