THE BIG MOUNTAIN

After breakfast we will leave for the second mini-bus route to the district of Sibà (1), the last inhabited village before reaching the Montagna Grande, the highest peak on the island (2) above sea level. 836.
The route develops within the natural pine forest and from here through a panoramic climb we will reach the summit from which you can enjoy a 360 degree view of the island and the Piana Ghirlanda crater.
This will be our stopping place for a picnic before continuing towards Kuddia di Mida (3), an ancient crater where we can experience first-hand the phenomenon of fumaroles. Before returning to the hotel, there will be a stop in a small farm/cellar for a tasting of Pantelleria wines and dessert wines.
